flames of jesus t-shirt design

This is one of the designs i have created using photo shop for one of my range of t-shirts. You can see the face of jesus in-between flames of two fire skulls, this to represent the controversy of heaven and hell. The galaxy background is to show there is no evidence of were heaven or hell begin beyond earth or wether they truly exist. The religions i have used is christianity and also satanism, i think the two religions can clash very well together. This type of print is in style now and it pushes the boundaries on religion which is becoming a fashionable thing to do. I would consider using something like this as my final t-shirt print because i think it would be good as a casual t-shirt but also a very fashionable statement. 

A twist on religion

The themes i have used for this mood boards is religious figures, i have taken 3 of the worlds most well known religious figures and displayed them in a comical way, located around the table of the last supper. I have shown Christianity in a way that the face of Jesus has been attached to the body of his mother mary, i done this to portray the fact there is no proof that jesus was a man or a woman. I have displayed satanism by using lucifer, i have showed him in a way were he has his hand around the neck of jesus. For my last religion i used hinduism, i used a very famous picture of Ganesh sitting in a very informal matter so show his superior and leadership. The colours i have used have been very contrasting, i used clashing colours to show how the different religions have not been made to go together. All my work has been secondary, they are all pictures from the internet which i have edited to my needs. I have looked at meme and caricature pictures to give me inspiration for this picture as that is the theme i wanted to portray in this piece. I have used tools such as the magic wand, cropping and layering to bring the pictures together. I decided to use some brightness affects to change the colour of the pictures. I have happy to an extent with my mood board, i like the ideas i have brought together and the unique way of showing a situation which could never happen. If i would change some aspects on the picture it would be the quality of how some of the pictures have been cropped or had the magic wand tool used against them. I don't think i would change the theme of what i have used towards my mood board because i think it shows religion in a controversial way which we never really get to see ourselves.
